Jeff Roma

Jeff has been involved in a health conscious lifestyle and has been fitness oriented his whole life. As an athlete growing up, he played baseball for the Temple Owls, where he also earned a degree in exercise science. Jeff has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and is nationally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He gained his personal training experience at Philadelphia Sports Club here in Philadelphia and is constantly increasing his knowledge base through continuing education courses offered by nationally recognized fitness organizations. Jeff has worked with a wide range of clients ranging from physically handicapped to highly trained athletes. Whether you are looking for an extra push to get to an elite level or looking to commit to your first exercise program, Jeff has the experience to design the right program for you.

As the owner of two Fitness Together locations in Chester County, Jeff has helped over 400 local residents get in shape and change their lives. As his business continues to grow, he is becoming well known in Chester County and enjoys giving back to the community by hosting regular health and wellness charity events.

Jeff is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and enjoys exercising and golf. Being a multi-location business owner keeps him pretty busy so he thoroughly enjoys time away from his fast paced life with his fiancé Alicia. Together they live healthy lives and try to enjoy each day to its fullest.
