Nancy Moses is an expert in the business of not-for-profit organizations, including fundraising, marketing, programming, community, and government relations. Most important, she understands how to integrate these functions to advance the mission of an organization by increasing revenues, expanding markets, and raising visibility.

Nancy’s strategic plans, marketing, feasibility and fund-raising analyses help organizations start up, revitalize and redirect. She has launched collaborative environmental and cultural initiatives, established new tourist programs and planned new cultural facilities. Her diverse productions include a radio series about the U.S. Constitution; a history mobile that celebrated Philadelphia’s 300th Anniversary; a musical theater production that encouraged youth employment; a recycling game for schools; and publications including capital campaign case statements, grant program guidelines, policy position papers and annual reports. Her clients range from federal, state, and local governments, foundations and national cultural treasures to community-based arts and service organizations.

Nancy Moses’ strategic strengths represent the fruits of a diverse career working in and for the not-for-profit sector. As Executive Director of the Atwater Kent Museum she saved Philadelphia’s official history museum from closing its doors. As Co-owner of Collaborations, Inc., a social and cultural marketing firm, she managed hundreds of client assignments. In top management positions at the City of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Philadelphia Studies, WQED Pittsburgh Public Broadcasting and the National Endowment for the Humanities, Nancy Moses established successful new ventures.

Nancy served as delegate to the White House Conference on Travel and Tourism, President Clinton’s Summit on Volunteerism and the USA/USSR Emerging Leaders Summit. Nancy holds a Masters Degree in American Studies from George Washington University and is active in many cultural and civic causes.
