New Pastry Chef at Le Bec- Fin
Le Bec-Fin hires new pastry chef Cedric Barberet. Barberet’s previous experience has included working along side Executive pastry chef & M.O.F Jean Claude Canestrier at Las Vegas’s M Resort Casino & Spa and was also Executive pastry chef at Donald Trump’s prestigious private club, Mar A Lago Club in Palm Beach, FL. Chef’s qualifications include French pastries, confectionary, chocolates, and sugar work and has already made some wonderful additions to Le Bec-Fin’s legendary dessert cart. For the holidays, he is preparing Yule logs that are available for purchase for you to enjoy at home. The logs come in 2 delectable flavors; Red Wood log with vanilla mousseline, red fruit jelly, and chocolate cremeux ($36), and the Chestnut Hill log with milk chocolate, chestnut mousse, and Viennese sponge soaked in whiskey ($40). Logs serve six and are the perfect ending to any meal! Additional chocolates and treats are also available for carry out; place your order for boxes of assorted housemade Bonbon chocolate from 2 to 32 pieces and range from $4-$64 or a special cake like the Le Bec Fin which is a rum-soaked genoise and chocolate butter cream cake for $34. Join World Café Live for a very special concert event with Davy Knowles and Back Door Slam who will be performing on the Downstairs Live stage. The shows starts at 10:00pm on Thursday, December 31st and tickets are $40-$75. Slo-Mo with Donuts will be performing on the Upstairs Live stage starting at 10:00pm for $23. Le Bec Fin will be serving their regular a la carte menu with a complimentary glass of champagne with dessert from 5:30-7:00pm in the main dining room and from 7:00-9:00pm in the mezzanine. A fabulous seven course prix fixe menu will be served from 9:00-11:00pm. Check out the delicious menu below!

Le Bec-Fin & DiBruno Brothers Wine & Cheese events
Le Bec-Fin & DiBruno Brothers will be hosting two exciting wine and cheese events! On Wednesday, December 9th enjoy Spanish wines and an assortment of cheeses which will include the Queso Leonora which is a rustic goat cheese from northcentral Spain and San Simon a teardrop shaped smoked cheese. The Loire Valley wine and artisan cheese tasting will be on Tuesday, Jan 12th. Each event features six different cheeses and three different wines for $35 per person plus tax and gratuity. Bordeaux Wine Dinner at georges’
georges’ is hosting yet another fabulous wine dinner! They will feature a Bordeaux wine and dinner experience. The dinner will be held on Friday, January 29th at 7:00pm.
